In most circumstances, the largest investment one has is their real estate portfolio. Thus, it’s critical to partner with a broker that encompasses the dedication, honesty, and trust, necessary to ensure a rewarding transaction.

Ben Fisher has spent the past decade brokering real estate with the strong conviction of giving his clients the guidance and counsel as if the transactions were his own. He is a firm believer that negotiations must have reciprocal action from both sides and on occasions too numerous to mention, Ben has advised clients to walk away from transactions when they have not received proper satisfaction from a negotiation.

Mr. Fisher decided to affiliate himself with @ Properties after finding himself disinterested in the modus operandi of other brokerages and their desires to only close transactions without much compassion for the client. Ben will not allow his name to be affiliated with such practices and prides himself on giving an unprecedented level of service and counsel to all of his clients, regardless of market segmentation.

Ben Fisher received his Bachelor of Arts in Justice at The American University in Washington, DC. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Fisher served as a Senior Officer of Public, Press, and Interreligious Affairs at one of the most influential diplomatic missions in Washington, DC. His experiences in international relations and government has prepared him well in dealing with the often turbulent waters of real estate and he has used that knowledge to build bridges within real estate transactions so that common ground can be found and all parties can be satisfied with a profitable transaction.

Ben takes great pride in being available to his clients 24/7 while giving a level of service that he feels is greatly missing from the current real estate environment. He is thrilled to be a part of the @ Properties team and is available at any time to discuss your real estate needs. Even if you are just curious as to what your neighbor’s house sold for, give him a call.
